On Pratipad tithi Moon blesses us with a creative spark. On Dvitiya tithi, as Goddess Bhagamalini, it makes us more confident on the new path. On Tritiya tithi, it blesses us with the powers to nourish and sustain.
Nityaklinna means “eternally wet”. Goddess in this form is always moist, which represents Her fertility, as well as compassion. Some interpret Her moisture as reproductive fluid and some interpret it as drops of sweat – as Mangal (Mars) is co-ruling third lunar day along with Her and he was born out of drop of Shiva’s sweat, which fallen on the surface of earth. But, above all, Goddess Nityaklinna is always wet with compassion – similarly like Mother Lakshmi, often addressed as Ardre (“moist one”) in Sri Suktam, which invokes the moisture of Her mercy. After all, the kala of the Moon on Tritiya tithi is pusha – the quality of nourishing.
With ether as Her element, the energy of Goddess Nityaklinna is sweet and gentle like the rain descending from the skies to nourish the earth. Goddess Kameshwari gave us inspiration on Pratipad tithi; Bhagamalini Devi gave us confidence to manifest and give birth to it in the world; and Goddess Nityaklinna is the one, who is now nourishing it and making it grow. She blesses us with the power of sustenance – similarly like Lord Vishnu, who is presiding deity of this lunar day according to Brihat Samhita. Goddess Nityaklinna is also approached to sustain harmony in our family and all our relations.

Tritiya Tithi In-depth
Discover the secrets of Tritiya tithi in this almost 3 hours long session with several study cases and detailed knowledge of the symbolism and secrets of this lunar day and its deities. Along with the access to course recording you will also receive a chapter from my ebook “Journey with the Moon”, dedicated to Nityaklinna, Lunar Goddess of Tritiya tithi, along several charts for self-study.
1. Uncover unknown secrets of Tritiya tithi
I have dedicated a big part of my life to research of the Vedic lunar phases and I can honestly say that you will most likely not find such detailed knowledge on this topic anywhere else. On this course you will learn not only about the superficial symbolism of Tritiya tithi and its presiding Goddess, Nityaklinna, but also some of its deep secrets.
2. Understand the spiritual aspect
Spiritual approach to tithis or Vedic lunar phases is what makes my tithi classes unique and very different from others. I have spent a lot of time connecting with the Goddesses of the lunar phases, meditating with them and trying to learn from their wisdom. I have learnt that they teach us a lot about the evolution of our own consciousness. People who resonate with my classes are frequently already on spiritual path or are yoga or meditation practitioners.
3. Learn how to apply your knowledge
I believe that knowledge gains its real value only once we learn how to apply it. It is not enough just to understand, how the tithi functions in theory. You want to be able also to use this knowledge in your everyday life, as well as in your chart readings, too, don’t you? Each session of our classes completes with a detailed analysis of chosen study cases, as well as analyses the influence of each lunar day in our everyday life, activities that it supports and remedies that help us to heal it.
Fragment from "Journey with the Moon" ebook
“In our energy body, svadhishthana chakra or sacral chakra is mostly influenced during Shukla Tritiya, while throat chakra or vishuddha is influenced on Krishna Tritiya. Svadhishthana chakra is the element of water, which resonates with the name and qualities of Nityaklinna Devi, while vishuddha chakra is conneced to element of ether, which is the same as the element of this lunar day.
Svadhishthana chakra is also our most personal chakra. Svadhishthana literally means “one’s own private place” or “one’s personal power”. As Goddess Nityaklinna is mostly connected with the moisture of our emotions and element of water, similarly like svadhishthana chakra, the biggest weakness of people born on Tritiya tithi (as well as a weakness, which can emerge on the surface of our consciousness during that day) is taking things too personally and getting a bit too emotional about the external drama of life. One of the most important things that all the people born on Tritiya tithi need to consciously work on, is how to take things less personally and overcome their emotional insecurity.”
